staff makes sure you home is

Service
Whatever is available in Ft.
Lauderdale prior to your arrival
is yours. Our concierge will be
glad to fulfill any requests you
may have for your stay on the
island. Customs cut meats,
seafood, fine wines, fresh
veggies…just ask.
Reception Centers Our staff
will greet you at one or both of
our reception centers in Ft.
Lauderdale or Exuma Island. You
and your guests will appreciate
the sense of personalization as
you are welcomed by our staff
and prepared for your stay and
for your departure to and from
the Islands.
Airport
Shuttle Service
Shuttles are available to
transport you and your guests to
and from the Exuma International
Airport. Rental cars are
available on the island and your
concierge will be happy to make
the arrangements if you wish.

Every Out Island Club Marina
Villa comes with its own 26-foot
Twin-Vee runabout boat for
fishing, diving and exploring
the miles of secluded beaches
and crystal clear waters
surrounding the resort.
Golf Cart
A golf cart is provided with
each home to explore the resort
and to take advantage of the
activities that will keep every
family member and guest
entertained. After a full day of
resort activities, take your
cart to our restaurant for
sunset cocktails or dinner.
Marina
February Point offers a state of
the art floating dock marina.
Your 26' Twin Vee will be clean,
fueled and waiting at the Marina
to indulge your passions on the
water. Sail the protected waters
of Elizabeth Harbor in the
sailboats, or paddle them in the
kayaks available to Out Island
Club Members. Long-term slip
leases are available to those
who want to bring their own
boat. The marina can handle
boats up to 40’ with a 4’ draft.
